Organization Context
- Position Title: Specialist – Workforce Planning
- Function: Human Resources
- Reports To: Head – Workforce Planning HR
- Role Level: CXO-3
Job Purpose
Responsible for data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and dashboards related to manpower planning in line with organizational strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform data tracking, governance, and forecasting through effective design, data management, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and consultants for manpower planning.
- Work with HR Operations to maintain updated employee data.
- Support Talent Acquisition for expedited hiring.
- Ensure adherence to manpower plans (AOP) and escalate exceptions.
- Maintain records and compile reports on hires, transfers, appraisals, and absenteeism.
- Facilitate employee development and training supply needs.
- Stay updated on competitor practices and assist in tactical responses.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as standalone projects or regular work.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: BE/BTech or equivalent; BSc in Data Science/Statistics/Mathematics
- Experience:
- Minimum: 3+ years in data analysis and workforce planning operations
- Desired: 4+ years in bulk data management and analysis; aviation industry exposure preferred
