Associate Manager - Loyalty Partnerships
Job Purpose:
- Supporting the partnership ecosystem of the loyalty program. This role involves coordinating day-to-day partner activities, ensuring timely campaign delivery, tracking performance data, and supporting cross-functional processes that ensure a seamless member experience across lifestyle verticals like dining, retail, wellness, entertainment, and mobility
- Ensure smooth execution of partnership operations, joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and other collaborative initiatives
Key Accountabilities:
1. Partnership Coordination & Support
- Assist in the daily coordination and communication with lifestyle partners under guidance from the Manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of partner assets, content, and inputs for campaigns and offers.
- Maintain and update partnership trackers, contracts, and campaign schedules.
2. Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of partner campaigns, including offer launches, content placement, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, CRM, digital) to ensure campaign alignment and timely rollout.
- Monitor live campaigns for accuracy, operational glitches, and user journey effectiveness.
3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare basic performance reports (earn/redemption numbers, engagement stats, click-throughs, etc.)
- Track and flag trends or deviations in partner activity to the Manager.
- Ensure timely sharing of reports with partners and internal stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Process Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, finance, operations, customer service) to support partner integration, transaction tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries or customer escalations related to lifestyle redemptions or offers.
5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain an organized repository of partner decks, contracts, offer creatives, and campaign approvals.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal policies, approvals, and brand guidelines.
6. Market Scan & Partner Research
- Support the team by researching new potential partners or categories in the lifestyle space.
- Track competitor loyalty initiatives in the lifestyle domain and share periodic insights.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
