Associate Manager - Loyalty Conversion Partnerships
Job Purpose
- Support the day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and relationship management of third-party programs that enable conversion of external loyalty points (e.g., banks, wallets, fintechs, aggregators) into Maharaja Club Points.
- This role is focused on partner coordination, operational accuracy, reporting, and execution excellence, contributing to the overall growth of the loyalty currency ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities
1. Partner Coordination & Relationship Support
- Serve as the operational point of contact for assigned partners under the point conversion ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of partner requests, data sharing, and campaign execution.
- Maintain partner trackers, SLA logs, and deliverable calendars.
2. Campaign & Offer Execution
- Assist in the planning and rollout of promotional campaigns such as bonus miles, limited-time offers, and partner-specific incentives.
- Coordinate campaign briefs with marketing, CRM, and design teams.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth execution and flag any performance issues.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and update weekly/monthly data on points-to-miles conversions, member engagement, and partner performance.
- Support the preparation of dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and partner reviews.
- Identify trends and anomalies in performance data to support decision-making.
4. Process Management & Issue Resolution
- Work with customer support and finance teams to resolve transactional discrepancies, member complaints, or reconciliation issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Assist in refining SOPs for smoother operations and improved partner/member experience.
5. Support Partner Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new partners by coordinating internal dependencies for contracts, data, testing, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and technical requirements during onboarding.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
Skills Required for the role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic understanding of loyalty currency economics and conversion journeys
- High attention to detail and process adherence
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
Minimum Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience Requirement
- 4+ years’ experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the airline or travel industry
- Prior experience in the aviation or financial sector is an added advantage
