Job Description

With the core understanding of the product, this role will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and analyzing loyalty marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of the product and customer lifecycle to design strategies that retain customers, increase engagement, and improve overall satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Support in designing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Ensure timely execution aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Customer Insights & Analysis:
    • Analyze data related to customer behavior, preferences, and interactions with the program.
    • Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics.
    • Driving Loyalty NPS & surveys.
  • Retention & Engagement Strategies:
    • Develop initiatives to retain customers and enhance their program experience.
    • Monitor performance and recommend improvements for loyalty campaigns.
  • Special Projects:
    • Manage projects focused on customer engagement and delight.
    • Drive initiatives to increase product awareness and manage partner offers effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements

  • Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
