Key Accountabilities
Functional Activities
Manage and maintain various operational systems used in the IOCC function, ensuring their reliability, functionality, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to address operational challenges and improve processes.
Provide technical support and assistance to users of operational systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in systems management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational systems.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues.
Perform other duties as assigned by TL Systems or departmental leadership.
Product Management
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it meets business objectives and customer needs.
Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates, adhering to the product development lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into the product development process.
Analyze product profitability and develop strategies to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and disruptions.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

IOCC Team
Collaborate closely with other members of the IOCC team, including operations managers, dispatchers, and technical staff, to implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
IT Department
Engage with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to operational systems, coordinate system upgrades or enhancements, and ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
External Interfaces
Vendors and Suppliers
Engage with external vendors and suppliers of operational systems and software to evaluate new technologies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate implementation and support services.
G. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experiencein systems management, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
6+ years of prior experience in systems management, or a related field, with specific experience in the aviation industry.
