A.    Job Purpose
•    Managing and Assisting in the end-to-end process of Contracts (from Contract Negotiation to Contract Execution to Contract Management) of all Engineering Contracts for the organization.

B.    Key Accountabilities 
Functional Activities
•    Management of Contract Management process for Engineering Technical Contracts, Fleet Management Contracts and Domestic/International station Contracts
•    Management and ownership of Invoice Management process for all Engineering Contracts from verification to internal stakeholders’ approvals in compliance with standard procedures/DOA
•    Encompassing activities like vendor registration, techno-commercial comparisons, order value, etc.
•    Coordinating with MROs for Induction slots/Work-package Quotes and managing Final invoicing
•    Facilitating opening of new Domestic/International sectors and working with Domestic/International MROs
•    Timely invoicing of MRO activity and coordination within Internal Stakeholders for approvals
•    Suggest and evaluate contract management strategy options keeping in mind factors like bulk buying, market trend analysis, currency fluctuations, etc.
•    Manage and assist in the finalization, deliveries, invoice certification and vendor performance evaluations; and foster timely and efficient implementation of contracts in compliance with standard procedures.
•    Record and document the adherence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for contract management.
•    ¬Coordinate with various departments and end-users to validate requirements and ensure adherence to governance and control mechanism.
•    Record and document the movement of materials and renewals of the contracts.
•    ¬Identify new initiatives and areas for cost reduction opportunities as per the approved authority matrix. 
•    ¬Ensure documentation and database management for all contracts.
•    Build strong relationship with Vendors/OEMs/MROs.
Team Management 
•    Manage the team and provide direction on execution / implementation of tasks by prioritizing functional and organization goals.
•    Support team members in collaborating across multiple internal/external stakeholders.
•    Support, nurture and develop the team members’ skills. 
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
