Associate Manager Emergency Response
A. Job Purpose
• Responsible in assisting the Lead ERP for implementing comprehensive emergency response plans, protocols, and training programs to ensure the organization's preparedness for various emergency situations.
B. Key Accountabilities
• Maintain and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to address various potential emergencies, including aircraft incidents, natural disasters, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Conduct regular training sessions and drills to ensure all relevant personnel are familiar with emergency response procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including flight operations, ground services, medical personnel, and regulatory authorities, to ensure a coordinated and seamless response during emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP documentation, including emergency contact lists, escalation procedures, incident reports, and training records.
• Organize and file ERP documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Support the coordination of ERP training sessions and drills for relevant personnel, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
• Facilitate seamless communication within the ERP team and between various departments during emergency response activities.
• Assist in tracking and documenting incidents and emergencies, including their resolution status and lessons learned for future improvements.
• Prepare incident reports and ensure timely submission to the relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in managing training schedules and ensuring adequate participation in training activities.
• Deliver specialized training sessions for members of the Emergency Response Team, emphasizing their specific roles and responsibilities during critical incidents.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements •Bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, aviation safety, or a related field.

•6+ years of experience in Emergency Response for Airlines/Aviation. •Extensive Aviation Expertise.
