  1. Job Purpose
  • The Sales Coordinator for Corporate Sales will support the corporate sales team in driving revenue, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to assist in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service to corporate clients.
  • Accountable for supporting operations and decision-making processes by effectively managing, analyzing, and presenting data through the airline's management information systems; monitor KPIs, conduct financial and operational analysis, and create reports and dashboards for different requirements
  1. Key Accountabilities

Functional Activities

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for corporate clients.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
    • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

 

  • Client Management:
    • Serve as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and appointments with clients and internal teams.
    • Monitor client feedback and work with the team to improve service offerings.

 

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Track and report on corporate sales team performance against targets.

 

  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., operations, ticketing, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services to corporate clients.
    • Assist in coordinating corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Provide support in resolving operational issues related to corporate accounts.

 

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage and track sales-related documentation, including contracts and agreements.
    • Assist in budget preparation and expense management for the sales department.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of client and company data.

 

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
