Job Description
- Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the rewards specialist to implement rewards plans within the organization; support the work of development and rollout of programs wherever necessary
- Analyze and act with the rewards specialist in implementing the best-in-class rewards strategy for flying crew members
- Assists in the planning as well as implementation of the total rewards strategy to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for all employees
- Coordinate with vendors / consultants to facilitate and promote contract renewal and performance management of vendors
- Act upon analyzing the latest industry trends for campus hiring program and assist rewards specialist in monitoring rewards strategy in accordance with the above trends
- Support Rewards Specialist in designing and implementing of all policies pertaining to rewards
- Conduct periodic market / competitor benchmarking exercises to ensure pay structures and rewards remain competitive; liaise with external consultants, as and when required
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices and provide hands-on support in periodic audits to assess relevance and compliance of reward practices
- Assists in the creation of compensation offers for all roles to be able to engage new joiners and talent retention
