OVERVIEW
As a campaign associate manager, you will be responsible for activating marketing use cases across channels by setting the schema, ingest data, validate them with source destinations, you will be responsible for enabling all AJO and Adobe Camapign V8 features and capabilities to enable Agentic AI driven personalized communications to meet all marketing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Activate campaign features and capabilities to enable marketing channels like Email, WhatsApp, App-Push notifications, In-app Notifications, and RCS/SMS
- Use campaign management platforms like Adobe Campaign Manager or AJO or Salesforce to execute campaign across marketing channels
- Create schemas to structure data for campaign executions
- Strategize the data ingestion by setting up schema for Loyalty, PNR, Flight Schedule, Flight Activity, and other data sets by working with data team, QA, and commercial team to set the foundation for campaign activations
- Activate WhatsApp channel by working with 3rd party vendors with banner ads, carousal ads, and various CTA options
- Work with commercial loyalty, ecomm, sales and brand team to activate campaigns
- Adopt AI Agentic platform to do adobe campaign implementations, execute marketing campaigns, and pull performance analysis reports
- Work with mobile app team to enable In-App notifications channels through Message center features available in Air India’s mobile app
- Manage marketing consent by working with AEP, OneTrust and other relevant stake holders
- Work with Marketing automation and analytics tool platforms to enhance the digital marketing campaign optimization process.
- Elevate the marketing campaigns performances by using various tools and technology platforms.
- Apply MarTech tools in every customer journey to enhance the travel experience.
- Define practices that persist and provide long term values from marketing campaigns and customer engagements.
- Personalize customer experience and communications with the help of Marketing Technology tools and platforms.
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of combined experience in Adobe Campaign or AJO, Airline or Travel industry is added advantages.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing automating tools, Digital marketing, or social media platform experiences. Adobe Marketing platforms, Google Marketing platforms, Hubspot, Mailchimp or any other MarTech tools experiences.
- Experience in working with Branding, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, Network Planning, and teams.
- Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, CSS, XML, Developer tools etc.
- Expertise in Airline or Trip ticketing sale campaign workflow management and understanding the audience target criteria.
- Experience in documenting the Marketing campaign and customer experience enhancement requirements and task management.
- Experience in solution design documentations to solve problems related to Marketing and Customer engagements.
- Good practice in audience segmentations and profiling.
- Knowledge around mobile app and website functionalities and user experiences
- Knowledge around how schema works in customer profile management and data structuring.
