A. Job Purpose

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns and ensure that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity
  • Responsible for implementation and monitoring of overall business marketing strategy, including market trend capturing, product marketing, branding, marketing communications, advertising, research & insights etc.

B. Key Accountabilities

Campaign Execution and Monitoring

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, utilizing analytics to measure effectiveness and recommend adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.

Market Research and Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform marketing strategies and campaign refinements.
  • Keep abreast of consumer trends to ensure the brand's marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities effectively.

Brand and Resource Management

  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and reporting on ROI.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

C. Skills/Qualities Required

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Good analytical skills, with proficiency in using digital marketing tools to track campaign performance and consumer engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
