A. Job Purpose
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns and ensure that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring of overall business marketing strategy, including market trend capturing, product marketing, branding, marketing communications, advertising, research & insights etc.
B. Key Accountabilities
Campaign Execution and Monitoring
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, utilizing analytics to measure effectiveness and recommend adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
Market Research and Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform marketing strategies and campaign refinements.
- Keep abreast of consumer trends to ensure the brand's marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities effectively.
Brand and Resource Management
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and reporting on ROI.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
