  1. Job Purpose
  • The MIS (Management Information Systems), and System Administration Executive supports the Projects & Properties Team by streamlining project coordination, managing data and reporting systems, and handling administrative duties.
  • This role is essential for ensuring efficient operation, accurate project tracking, and effective communication within the Properties team.
  1. Key Accountabilities

Functional Activities

        • Facilitate smooth coordination between project stakeholders, ensuring timely information exchange and meeting scheduling to keep projects on track.
        • Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for tracking project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
        • Prepare and distribute regular project reports, updates, and dashboards to provide insights into project status, risks, and achievements to senior management.
        • Handle the administrative aspects of project execution, including document management, procurement of supplies, and logistical support for project teams.
        • Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all contracts, plans, and compliance documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
        • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative and operational procedures to enhance the efficiency of the project management process.
        • Support the Projects & Properties Team in liaising with internal departments and external parties, enhancing collaboration and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

  1. Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Bachelors/Masters in engineering /MBA/PGDM in Personnel Administration/Human Resource Management, or a related field

Desired

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management (in aviation) and system administration, with strong computer skills and proficiency in various software tools and technologies.
  • Experience in aviation sector is an added advantage
