  1. Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

  • Collaborate with vendor & AI internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve on ground customer queries.
  • Document and track customer issues, resolutions, and interactions in the support ticketing system.
  • Governance on the CC metrices and drive with daily reviews with the partners
  • Monitor and work with the auditors, WFM, training teams on performance management activities.
  • Regular call listening activity to gather the customer behaviour and share feedback with the vendor.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

  • Overall 7 year experience in server, network management.
  • 8 years’ experience, in the vendor management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
