Associate - Flight Operations Technical

Job Purpose - 

• Managing and enhancing technical procedures, aircraft maintenance protocols, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations to uphold operational excellence.
• Will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the technical aspects of flight procedures, aircraft systems, and associated technologies

Responsible for EFB Handling, Weight & Balance activities of daily departures at base

Key accountabilities - 

• Conduct regular assessments of existing technical processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective systems integration solutions.
• Stay informed about aviation regulations and standards, ensuring technical aspects of flight operations comply with industry requirements.
• Implement enhancements to aircraft systems to improve technical performance and align with industry advancements.
• Keep track & manage the Electronic Flight Baggage (EFB) units at the base and make sure they are readily available in usable condition as per flight schedules
• Manage the Load Control documentation at base and relay it back to the central Ops Engg & Load control team providing them effective oversight & control at the base
• Handle small technical issues on ground and ensure smooth information flow back to the central HQ team for maintaining on time performance and early resolution of load / aircraft data related issues

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
