    1. Job Purpose

    The eGCA coordinator is responsible for all eGCA compliance by the FTO and to assist in all eGCA requirements of cadets enrolled in the Air India FTO. The Coordinator is responsible for timely submission of flight records and ensure adherence to regulatory norms and standards

     
       
  1. Key Accountabilities

 

  • Responsible for eGCA logging of all flying operations, in accordance with the procedures of approved flying training manual of AI, FTO as per prescribed aircraft rules & regulations.
  • Preserve all data & documents in need to assist the search and rescue during the time of emergencies, audits, & inspections.
  • Responsible for creation of eGCA ID, upload SP/FRTOL applications, apply for CPL issuance etc for AIFTA.
  • All eGCA filing requirements of students through the CPL course – e.g., computer numbers, exam registration, SPL/CPL filings etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation of records as per norms & regulations
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and auditors for inspections and audits.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to achieve high level of accuracy in maintaining records
  • Stay informed & updated about eGCA Portal and regulatory updates to anticipate future compliance requirements

 

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

  1. Educational and Experience Requirements

 

Minimum Education requirements

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Desired

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in aviation operations & regulatory compliance

 

  • Strong understanding of DGCA regulations and standards
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation operations & regulatory compliance

 

  • Advanced certifications or training in aviation regulations and compliance
