The candidate will support the CEO’s Office in driving strategic initiatives, business reviews, and leadership coordination across the organization. The role offers exposure to senior management decision-making and requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and visual reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the leadership team and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to ensure timely updates and alignment, while supporting engagement with senior stakeholders across government, regulators, and industry bodies, as required

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E. /B. Tech/BBA/MBA/CA/CFA degree from IITs/ NITs /Tier-1 Institute
  • 2–3 years of experience at a reputed firm in strategy, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or leadership support roles.
