    1. Job Purpose
    • Analyze sales data (by PoS, Channel, Products and Routes) to recommend Sales strategies for revenue maximization
    • Assist in designing Go-to-Market plans and framing Sales policies for new products
    1. Key Accountabilities

    Performance Analysis

    • Analyze Sales data from various angles (PoS/Channel/Products/Agents/Routes,etc.) for comprehensive Sales performance assessment
      - Taking ownership of Sales performance reports and present analysis summary
      - Prepare CXO review decks – Quarterly / as required for key updates
      - Assist local Sales teams with relevant data insights and actionable points

    Strategy Development

    • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and key reports for strategic recommendations – with relevant data insights, actionable inputs and way forward for implementation
      - Conduct due diligence and cross-functional meeting to find relevant insights
      - Own end-to-end analysis, and recommendations backed with data & logic

    Process Improvement

    • Contribute to improving sales reports and analysis processes by suggesting enhancements to current methodologies or tools.
    • Work closely with the IT and finance departments to resolve discrepancies, refine data collection methods, and ensure consistency across reporting standards.
    • Actively engage in training and development opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and understanding of the airline industry.
    • Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, analysis procedures, and any issues encountered, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
    • Feedback Mechanism: Participate in feedback sessions to discuss findings and analysis techniques with the sales strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

    Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

    1. Educational and Experience Requirements

    Minimum Education Requirement

    • Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/PG degree, preferably in     Sales/Marketing from Tier 1 B school
