Job Purpose
To manage and govern Cabin Crew (CC) and Flight Deck (FD) data with a focus on crew availability, leave management, compliance, and reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and supports operational decision-making through analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain CC and FD headcount and crew group data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational requirements
- Track and analyse crew non-availability trends
- Manage and resolve crew leave queries, ensuring adherence to defined policies and timelines
- Maintain and analyse leave-related data, including:
- Leave balance tracking
- Auto-assigned leave monitoring
- Unplanned / Day Ops leave analysis
- Paternity leave tracking
- Maternity Leave tracking
- Ensure compliance with leave policies and regulatory norms, highlighting deviations and driving corrective actions
- Perform Roster Code validation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational standards
- Prepare and manage CC and FD deliverables, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and completeness
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management review
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in crew tracking, leave validation, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Crew Planning, Rostering, Training, HR) to ensure seamless data flow and issue resolution

Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in an airline/aviation operations environment
- 0–3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (aviation preferred)
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards
