About the Role

The Sales Operation Analyst (OTA & GMEA) serves as the operational backbone for the OTAs & GMEA region, ensuring seamless execution of commercial plans and strategic

initiatives. This role supports leadership in driving sales performance, improving process efficiency, and enabling faster decision-making through accurate data management,

analytics, and structured follow-ups. The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement market actions effectively and maintain rhythm in reporting,

reviews, and campaign execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support OTA & GMEA leadership in executing sales and business strategies across markets and partner channels.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards covering sales, yield, ancillary, and product performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Network, Product, and Operations) for timely implementation of initiatives and offers.
  • Track partner deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups on commercial commitments, campaigns, and payments.
  • Prepare business review decks, performance analysis, and management updates.
  • Support rollout of tactical offers, merchandising updates, and promotional alignment across OTAs.
  • Drive data hygiene, tracking, and reporting of KPIs to support business performance reviews.
  • Liaise with overseas stations, GSAs, and regional teams to gather market insights and coordinate execution plans.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and commercial assignments as directed by the reporting manager.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum: 2–5 years in sales operations (airline/travel industry preferred)
    • Desired: 5+ years in sales coordination with knowledge of airline operations, GDS, OTA environment
