Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage and streamline simulator and line training schedules for our flight crew. This role is critical in ensuring training compliance, operational efficiency, and regulatory adherence in coordination with internal departments and external training providers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor simulator training sessions including recurrent checks, initial training, and special operations.
  • Coordinate line training flights with LTCs and certified instructors (TRI/DEs) based on availability.
  • Liaise with the training department and crew scheduling teams to ensure training compliance.
  • Align training rosters with crew availability, regulatory deadlines, and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of simulator bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and disruptions.
  • Track crew validity for recurrent simulator sessions and monitor progress during line training.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of training before expiry dates.
  • Collaborate with simulator providers, instructors (TRI/TRE/SFE/SFI), and other stakeholders for seamless training execution.
  • Manage last-minute changes and disruptions with minimal impact on operations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on simulator utilization, training compliance, and crew status.
  • Support internal audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training planning and disruption management.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Graduate from any Discipline shall apply.
  • Strong understanding of DGCA CAR related to Flight Crew Licensing & Training.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

 

Desired Experience Level

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in simulator and line planning, with exposure to disruption management is preferred.
