Job Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Digital and Performance Marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This role focuses on driving flight and ancillary revenue, optimizing campaign ROI and profitability, and enhancing the AIX.com and AIX Mobile app, along with future direct channels. This role will oversee the SEO and growth marketing teams, driving initiatives to enhance flight and ancillary revenue through AIX.com, the AIX Mobile app, and future direct channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans with end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics weekly, providing insights for continuous improvement. Maximize cost-effectiveness and media efficiency by monitoring acquisition costs, ROI, and the indirect impact of marketing activities on brand engagement and customer interactions.
  • Growth Marketing: Oversee growth marketing initiatives, including Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), personalization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing campaigns, overseeing media planning and execution across various functions. To develop and drive strategic and weekly tactical marketing plans with end-to-end execution.  
  • Agency Collaboration: Work with creative and media agencies to execute campaigns and supporting programs effectively.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new or enhanced products and services tailored to new customer segments.
  • SEO: Manage & oversee the SEO strategy & execution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Revenue Management, Sales and Distribution, Brand, and CP&A to create impactful campaigns.

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years’ in performance & media planning or marketing  
  • Media Planning Manager of a travel commerce website or agency working on B2C Product or Service 

Education Qualification:

  • MBA / Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from a premier institute
