Job Purpose

Responsible for leveraging customer data to drive targeted marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement

Key Accountabilities

  • Segment customer database based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to create targeted marketing lists.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns targeting segmented customer groups, leveraging personalized content and offers to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage email automation workflows, including triggered emails, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Optimize CRM system configuration and functionality to support database marketing objectives and campaign requirements.
  • Implement personalization strategies to deliver dynamic content and personalized experiences across email, website, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Utilize dynamic content blocks, dynamic subject lines, and other personalization techniques to enhance relevance and effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing of email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets to optimize performance and drive incremental improvements.
  • Analyze test results and iterate on strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs, to nurture customer relationships and drive retention.
  • Generate regular reports on key database marketing metrics, including email performance, customer segmentation, and campaign attribution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to integrate database marketing initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Align database marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue targets, providing support for lead generation and customer acquisition efforts

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's in any stream, preferably from premium institutes
  • Experience in Airlines in Marketing (Product Management/ Digital / eCommerce)
  • Prior experience in in CRM Platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor etc.)
